Now in our world, technology usage has increased and became more popular. I think it has impacted our world positively. To this day, everyone uses some kind of technology in one way or another. Personally, I use technology very often, and many times during the day. It helps everyone do work, and make life easier, which is why I believe it is very popular. Some people use it too much on social media in good but also bad ways because they use it the wrong way. But, I think technology and social media has helped people all around by communicating and sharing thoughts. If everyone knew how to act properly over social media, it wouldn’t be bad.
I think learning with technology as a core tool is the only way for students to truly learn. In today’s life, technology is constantly improving and becoming better and more useful to people in their day to day lives. Going along with this, there have also been many ways for students to use technology in their learning as technology has improved. students are becoming more invested with technology by the day, and it takes up much of their time. If something kids like is there to get them through the day, they would be more apt to want to actually learn in their environment rather than get distracted. The old system of learning was made for the Industrial Revolution in order to produce certain people for certain jobs. While times have changed, why shouldn’t the school systems around America? Many people find that the current system of learning does not work for children and should be changed. This all starts with incorporating new technology to make a change. Because of this, I agree with Bella M who states that technology has made a big positive impact on society and students in the world today.
I know that there’s a big to do about how social media can lead to issues like cyberbullying and low self-esteem (and sometimes even danger), but I personally haven’t experienced any of that myself as I consider myself to be pretty careful online (although I don’t doubt that these issues are real and an effect of social media). I mostly use those types of platforms to keep up to date with current events and entertainment. I don’t think that social media will change too much before something more interesting replaces it. As Sir Ken Robinson said in a video that we watched, technology isn’t new and exciting if it came out before you were born, and therefore won’t be taken seriously (which also brings up the point that because social media isn’t necessarily a new thing, it runs the risk of not being approached with caution). In terms of what I think of the video, I agree with abbys22 when she said, “…the world gives us surprises every day. So what am I gonna use in the real world, if we are taking standardized tests?” It was mentioned in the video that standardized tests, such as the SATs, don’t make too much sense unless regularly taking tests is part of the career you want to go into.
Technology has really changed over the years, going from a large computer that you couldn’t carry with you, to Chromebooks that students nowadays take everywhere with them for classwork and research. No to mention you never see anyone more than 3 steps away from their phone. Technology seems to have grown and changed for the better, because now any questions we have can be answered by a quick Google search and a couple clicks of a mouse., But new apps for our phones, like Tik Tok, can become like all those dictators you read about in books, and take over our lives. Social media, although looked at as positive by young teens, can be very negative, since bullying,(which hasn’t stopped yet), and hacking can really have a negative effect on a person. Our technology is like an addiction sometimes, if used excessively. Someone I know had bought a book, saying they were on their phone every morning, and they knew they needed to cut back on the screen time. So, if used too often, our technology can, slowly but surely, take over almost every aspect of our lives, which for most people, it probably already has.
Social media is used by many people for good and bad. We are able to communicate with anyone in the world at any time. People are able to use it for good, and support charities, but it does come with its downsides. There’s cyberbullying on social media, and it can distract us and take us away from the real world, and sometimes I find myself doing this too. Sometimes my brother is downstairs, yet I’d rather just text or facetime him. We lose focus and the importance of face to face conversation. It even distracts us from our education, because of the accessibility to it. Yet, in the future, I feel as though all the good and bad things of social media will become more extreme in which more people are doing charities and using global communication to their advantage, but some people may not be interacting with people face to face anymore for days on end. It can really bring out the best or worst in people, and I feel as though people can become easily consumed in it, but it may not be for the best. At this moment I just deleted all my social media and I was wondering what it would be like for a week, and so far, I feel somewhat bored, but when I have nothing else to do, I don’t sit in bed and do nothing. For instance, today I went running with my friends, and it felt much more exhilarating than watching something on youtube. Overall, social media has its ups and downs, but in the future, it will change many things in an unpredictable way, in which we don’t know how much it can change everything.
I feel that the future of technology and learning with technology is much like what it mentioned in the video. I feel that technology will have a big impact on our schooling and is already starting to have an impact on it. I think that this new way of schooling will have a very positive impact on our society because schools will have more people graduate from them than ever before and with changing the way with how teachers “teach” us it will allow students to have a more open mind going into the real world and be able to be more ready for whatever they decide to do in life. Now everyone is learning the same thing mainly because schools are still stuck in their old ways where the teacher just stands up in front of the class and recites information to the students. But with a change in the way that people are learning it will allow students to be more interested in what they are learning and take learning into their own hands. Technology is rapidly improving and it will continue to improve allowing us to take our learning and everyday lives to new levels.
Technology has become an important part of our society and culture. We now use it in not only our personal lives but in education, work, and learning. Life is almost impossible without technology. We use it for just about everything. Although this makes our lives easier, it brings up the question of whether or not we are using technology too much.
In this day in age, social media is a huge thing for people of all ages. Although, it is more so teenagers. Social media is used for communication entertainment, news, easy access to information, online shopping, etc. However, the technology that social media can be accessed from is used in many more beneficial ways. Technology is now a huge thing in classrooms in schools for children of all ages. Children are taught to explore and do most of their learning on their own. I do not agree with this way of learning because it almost completely defeats the purpose of having a teacher in the classroom. What is even the point of coming to school? This is making children distracted and reliant on technology and social media. Although these things are occuring now, I do believe that in the future the use of technology will continue to be used and expand. I think that social media will continue to be used all around because it is a quick and easy way for communication. Communication is one of the main uses of technology and I think people will continue to use it in the future.
In the future, technology will be a lot more advanced. It will also be more accepted and used in schools and the workplace. This is because many people from the younger generation will be in charge of the workplace or will be teachers and administrators. This means that they will have a different view on technology and will know how much it benefited them. Technology is slowly but surely making an impact on society. Take the mall for example, now that there is so much online shopping, not as many people go to the mall. Many people could lose jobs because of this. I use technology on a day to day basis, wether its my phone, or my computer, or my tv, its always on. This has made me very “tech-savvy” and better with technology overall. I think that technology is helping us and future generations grow and thrive and will continue to do so.
I feel as though technology in today’s day and age has the ability to take over many aspects of our lives, in both good and bad ways. This is because technology is always improving nd as time goes by, it is embedded within our learning, work, education, hobbies, and more, so it’s almost impossible to escape. As far as learning and education goes, I think that technology will positively improve the system because it provides opportunity for change and experience. Instead of a teacher standing in front of the class and sharing information and giving answers students will have the freedom of taking things into their own direction and become open minded, which prepares them for the real world. As of right now, students are bored with learning the same things at the same time and level as everyone else because teachers are still holding on to the old ways, but with technology students will eventually become invested in their learning and take it into their own hands because technology provides so much. Also, social media is a big part of technology. It can be good for many uses, such as entertainment, communication, and simply because it’s easy access to everyone and everything in the world. However, on the downside it can distract youth from their learning because they would rather scroll through social media than do their homework, it can make them lazy because they’d prefer to watch sports game or binge watch shows instead of going outside and actually doing activities, and it completely destroys their social skills because why have a face-to-face conversation with someone if you can just text them. In reality, technology will become what we make of it because if it is abused and kids are not taught to use it in the right ways, it will consume society and overcome them in the wrong ways. However if it is used for educational purposes and to better the youth so that they are prepared for the future, it will only benefit society. Technology is improving at a fast rate and it will continue to develop our society.
In the future technology will be more advanced, this is because technology keeps improving and getting better as time grows. In my opinion this new found technology should be more used in school and should be allowed for students to be able to look up new information, and use up the resources they have. In the future, teachers and students will have a different view on technology making it more accepted and more used. In my personal opinion, I think technology in the present day is very popular. Technology today, has many positive effects but also comes with many negative effects. Technology is very easy to use, to work your way around, and very convenient. However when technology is used in educational situations it will only be used properly by the people who actually are motivate to learn, and stay on task and do their work. To many people this is not happening, many people are cheating when they are using technology and many others are just not doing the work they are supposed to because they are distracted by the technology that is so available to them. As technology keeps improving, it is affecting our current society. Technology sparks creativity in students and helps them do individual work, and stay on task, this only works for people with the right motivation, and mindset. For some, what the educational system teaches to the student is seen as boring and uninteresting, technology helps with this and spices things up, helping students learn and understand how to properly use resources. Also, technology allows students to take their learning into their own hands, and teaches them how to be individual and learn serious life skills. Technology has also brought society social media. While social media is extremely entertaining and keeps life interesting, it is a serious distraction. On top of this, social media makes children more lazy, not wanting to do their work because they would rather lay down and be on social media talking to their friends. I know that personally I cannot go a few days without technology. It is simply just impossible. I have too much of my life online ranging from my social medias and my work for school is all done online. Overall, technology keeps improving as more time passes, and it will forever change our society and how our perspective changes. Not really even digital technology but how much of an impact teachers have on students. like in the “would you rather fly solo”. Those students learned more than most could with a teacher but without one.
I believe that now in the social media age, our society looks like one with people that rely on it largely in their day to day life. People are always checking in on their phones everywhere they go, whether its people texting them or seeing their posts, sports scores and information or just anything involving social media. I believe that the future of this age will be even more glued to social media. With more and more advancements in technology and the age of technology growing alongside the age of social media, there is no reason why we won’t be even more reliant on technology and social media. The impact that it´s making on our society/make in the future on our society is going to be massive. Just like I said before, our current society is hugely reliant on social media and technology in the first place. It´s going to affect the way people go about thee lives, how they go about there lives, and pretty much every other aspect of it, as it is already the center of many people’s lives. It is being used for almost everything. You can watch videos using it, check what your friends are doing on it, play video games, do school work, and much more. THey possibilities are endless with the age of social media and technology.

Technology is very important as it can improve the quality of every single learner’s educations. In schools right now, they use the same system used in the factories during the Industrial revolution. Groups of children born within a certain period of time are grouped together and must go to a place where they must sit still for long amounts of time, only listening to their teachers lectures and retaining the information for when it must be used later. Referring to this system, Stephen Heppel says, “I think it is dead or dying. And I think learning is just beginning.”(The Future of a Networked Society, 2:13-2:20.) This quote proves that technology helps improve the quality of children’s learning because at the same time of the systems downfall, technology is being developed in ways that help children that don’t fit the system as well as others. An example of this type of technology is Knewton. The Knewton allowas anyone to make and produce specific types of learning that is best for specific students. It can also figure out things such as when a students or how a sudent learns every subject best and can use that to help make a system that fits them. Technology such as this can also be introduced on social media pages where instead of a child just scrolling through videos that give them no value, their can be videos with educational purpose that are in places such as their for you pages which can help introduce new subjects/topics to them better than a teacher can by lecturing.
In the last 30 years, as the Internet arrived, the way of human life has changed so rapidly that we are still regrouping ourselves I think. The current field of technology looks to be that life is being much easier and people are getting distracted by their phones. At the same time it has improved life for many and has changed everything, and tech will only continue to improve as time goes on. More revolutionary technology will be invented in the future, revolutionizing society once more. Technology currently supports jobs, hobbies, arts, learning, science, math, and the list goes on. More and more people are depending on technology in daily life. Social media makes everyone connected in a way never before seen, so communication over the world is instantaneous and ideas are spread. We currently use it all the time in school, at home, everywhere. The living room of the 2020s will be that of a TV, cell phones, speakers & more and people staring at screens compared to what it was barely 30 years ago. Technology has impacted Entertainment, with Youtube, streaming services like Netflix, & more. It has impacted the economy with online stocks, shopping, and it has changed how education works. Everywhere you look it is being used, for the better or worse that is to be debated, but it is for sure changing the way humans think and work. Social media allows for communication overseas, and the world is connected. This will only go on as time goes on, and increase.

I use technology to entertain, learn and communicate. It has affected our learning environment, almost everyone, including me checks my phone during a class or at school. Society has become very reliant on technology and I predict that technology will change the way we do things in the future, like having a robot working at a restaurant. I use technology for watching entertainment, learning and communication. I have become very reliant on technology. Before, I used to go outside and play with my friends almost everyday, but now I would play a video game with them. Technology has impacted politics, many politicians use social media to gain popularity and their social status, I use technology to text and call others. I also use technology to learn. Technology is changing the way society interacts with each other and will continue to make big changes to society.
I believe that the technology we are being given is only going to help our society grow and become more advanced in terms of research, but social media is a gateway that opens doors for almost everyone in the world to communicate, people are attached to social media because it offers the knowledge of almost everything that is going on in our society, it gives people a chance to look at how everyone else is living it is being used to promote products encourage people to engage in certain activities. Based on these facts I believe that the next generation will not only depend on social media and technology but build a new world inside of it.
In the beginning of the video, real life adults talk about their expeiriences in school. Most of them said that they were bored, and didn’t retain much information other than non-work related topics. I believe technology has shaped this idea throughout the years, and since these people sat in the classroom. I believe that new, and different kinds of technology are inspiring the next generation of thinkers. Instead of being bored in class, kids are now given new ways to learn in a fun way that works for their own liking. One man said “it wasn’t a great fit for me.” With the growing use of technology in our schools, people don’t have to be a “great fit.” Students are now given so many resources that childeren are often given the choice from to use. This is different than it was in the past because the technology helps students be engadged while enjoyiing learning. But with the growing use of technology comes the growing use of social media. Although social media is not always a negative thing for childeren, it should be approached with caution. Social Media applications that you can download may take over your life in the blink of an eye. People start to rather text than talk face to face, or even use other applications such as snapchat or instagram. Social Media is not always negative though, it keeos you in the loop with sports scores, your long-distance friends, and can even help your self confidence. With the growing use of social media it is important to approach it with caution. Therefore we have to remebember, with the growing technology and new principals in the classroom, comes the new technology being introduced outside of the classroom. It is only the beginning for technology and there is still a lot more to come in the future.

For example, we are all provided with chromebooks, allowing us to research anything that we may need to independently and without the need of a teacher. Students have more freedom to learn about things that interest them, which will keep them more engaged. When a teacher stands in the front of a class and talks the whole class while the students take notes, they are not really learning, only memorizing information. Technology provides students the opportunity to learn about what they want to learn about, not just what their teachers say they have to learn about. In addition, technology plays a huge role in social media, both positively and negatively. Social media is a great tool for faster and more efficient communication and it can help you to easily keep in touch with people. However, social media does become a distraction at times and it is very easy to become addicted to it. In my opinion, technology can be good and bad, but it is mostly up to how a person uses it. Technology will continue to advance in our society as time goes on and it may help us and hurt us at the same time.
Technology is constantly and rapidly increasing all around us 24/7 and whether we like it or not it is becoming a big part of everything we do as time goes on. Everyday things that used to have nothing to do with technology are now normally associated with it and it would be considered weird to do with out. While this can have many positive effects on our development as a society and as a species such as helping us do normal things more efficiently and quickly. One example would be communication. If we want to show somebody something or give them some information quickly we can call of text them from wherever we are where as if we didn’t have the technology of cell phones this would complicate things a lot and we would have to go out looking and searching for a person if we wanted to communicate with them. This does have a down side though, face to face human interaction has become less and less regular with our generation because we are so used to just using our phones. While it can be quicker at times, it is not good because it is damaging our social skills that are very important in the real world. This goes to be the same with technology anywhere, it can be positive or negative. For example in schools technology can be a very productive thing that introduces lot of new learning styles that are able to help different students. However, it can also serve as a distraction if it is being misused. Technology can be both helpful and hurtful to our society it all really depends on what we make out of it.
Technology has great potential to become very beneficial and productivity in our school systems if educators learn how to use it correctly to get through to our students. Technology allows to learn new things in seconds because everything you could want to know is right there in front of you and can easily be accessed. This opens up lots of new learning oppurtunities but our school systems aren’t using that to their advantage. Technology has the potential to get students excited for learning because it provides lots of different ways to connect with students that require different learning styles and methods. However, the way learning is done in the classroom is not changing at all and it is making school so boring for students that they have no desire to learn because they view the information as a boring when really it is only the way it is taught to them that is boring. Since students are so miserable, this is when they resort to using technology for non-school related things. Technology could be so beneficial to us we just have to learn how to use it the right way.
Technology is changing the way we live every day and to a large extent whether it is a new way of texting, talking, gaming, or watching shows. Technology is everywhere today and nobody is going to change that because it is a way of life to use technology in our day-to-day lives. In the near future, many people will be schooling online and learning at their own pace. School is holding some kids back, pushing some kids faster than they can go, and only about one-third of students are getting the education that fits for them. One-third is a very low percent in school, a failing grade and what this means is the school is failing to educate everyone the way they need to be educated. This is why schooling will be done online, at the student’s pace. The school was created for people to work in factories and work for the army, all working together for the same purpose. The schools we have today were created 300 years ago in order to to create a society of identical people for work and that is kind of what it has become. It is impossible for a student to skip a grade in school but the school can hold someone back for failing. This system isn’t meant for the top third of students who can go further and who want to go further. With online school, high school freshman could be doing work that a sophomore in college would be doing. And as for entertainment, the new entertainment is VR(Virtual Reality) and this is only getting bigger by the day. The future will probably be similar to that of “parlor walls” in the novel “Fahrenheit 451.” This is because with technology comes laziness and the unwillingness to do work. So if we have an entertainment system that a person could do anything with but also be relaxing on the couch, people of this age will take it. Technology is changing the world one step at a time and from this, new ways of learning, entertainment, talking, and texting will all soon arrive.
The eduction of kids is developing and changing to conform to what fits for the new age. There are ups and downs of technology. Technology when its around education or just daily use. In school, answers can be found anywhere. Devices can be used for anything so it becomes easier for students to learn and now things faster. If people become more connected to eduction it will come easier without anything distractions. As stated by Hannahss23, “As time goes on, technology will only become more advanced and it will continue to be added into even more aspects of our lives. I believe that in the future, technology will start to be integrated more and more into things that we use every day. This integration can be seen happening a little bit already, as now technology like smart locks, smart fridges and even smart homes are being created with computers in them that are used to make life easier. A result of this may be that more of people’s daily life may be recorded on the internet than it is now. A positive effect this may have however is that many aspects of life will become much more easier as many actions will be able to be done on a phone and you wouldn’t have to look far to find a device to help you with something. The types of things people may do on the technology is chatting as many of these smart devices have cameras that let you talk to someone through the internet. This technology also may be used for entertainment, as you could essentially watch or play whatever you want wherever you want in the house. One thing people won’t do much as a result of this is go outside, as most people could do all their work inside and even get food delivered to them (possibly by self driving car or drone?)
Technology today can be both good and bad. Everyday technology is changing and advancing. For example at home we use our phones or computers, and at school we use our chromebooks. Everyday technology is advancing and it will continue to affect our lives. Technology can be extremely helpful in the school systems. Chromebooks give us access to thousands of websites and databases that can be useful for a project or just to learn things. It also gives students an opportunity to do more, on their own. Students bring chromebooks to and from school giving them access to it every minute of the day. When a teacher stands up in front of the class and lectures all period students can doze off and zone out if they aren’t willing to pay attention or if they just find it boring. If they have to take notes they aren’t learning anything they are just trying to memorize what the teacher says but is that really helpful. In my opinion technology can be a great source for learning although it has some downsides. Social Media can be a distraction for most students. When they are constantly getting notifications it can distracted them from doing their work. In my opinion technology can be both good and bad, but it depends on the person using it.
I think that social media has so many positives and negative effects on the people who choose to use it. a positive impact is the communication and the entertainment it has on the world and the ones who use it. but social media is also a perfect way people can choose to cyber-bully others. This can change a person’s self esteem and how they think about themselves. So it all depends on how someone uses social media in a good or bad way
Technology can be good and bad. It can be a good thing in school when you need to do homework quick and you don’t want to right. Also it is way easier to type and essay. I can also be bad because you can get distracted by playing games. Also if they play games then they can get in trouble and get bad grades.
Technology is starting to form out world. KIds in education are starting to learn how to use technology everyday. Kids are getting more advanced different types of learning maybe kids that can not learn from reading and writing can learn from technology. Technology might not be as hands on but you can learn things faster, more precise and better. Technology in the class also allows people pr students not too doze off and fall asleep. Kids in class listen all day and they got bored. If you watch videos and songs to learn your brain will stay awake and focus more.We will never leave technology. Its here and its here to stay.
In the future learning won’t be this military, or factory line style of teaching. The system will change into something better to appeal more to students. Learning isn’t making that much of an impact on students right now, yes they learn new things but not in ways they want and they’ll most likely forget it. For example, say someone is taking a test, the teacher gives them some study guide and they use it, they’ll use what they memorized for the test and then most likely forget it afterwards. But, education has a lot of potential to impact the lives of students, instead of memorizing and forgetting, probably because they don’t want to learn it, they’ll learn it because it’s something they like and want, not something they need to pass a test. The internet is used for literally everything, you can get entertained, like youtube for example, you can shop on it, you can chat with others and blog about your life, you can use it for many academic, political, and religious purposes and discuss those, and more. This is why the internet is the best tool anyone can have for learning. In the future I do believe that technology, and the internet will be used a lot more in classrooms.
Technology is very important for the school curriculum and school district. What this means, is that the society that we learn in school today is around technology and that technology helps us with these skills for everyday life. Anyways, technology might not help physically but technology does help us make more precise decisions in the classes. Furthermore, technology helps us focus on things like homework or classwork and everyday life skills and abilities to work in the world.
Technology has progressed society and education around the world daily, but does render more effective to the old education system? Around 30-40 years ago, classrooms all across America consisted of pencils, pens, paper, rulers, etc, while in present time all we really need is one device. A single computer provides all the necessities that a classroom had in the past. Computers and phones have apps for everything and along with this have endless information. Technology is the new today and will be better the next day.When children are introduced to technology at a young age, it acts as leverage over other children because they have the skills that some don’t. These skills are so important and effective when it comes to the classroom and allows students to engage. Paper and pencil will soon be a way of the past to the point where it’s not used anymore. These two things can cause kids to feel bored and unfocused while computers can do the opposite. The opportunities that technology provides for kids is essential and is needed for our education and the progression of society.
I believe that technology plays a significant role in our daily lives as a whole. Every day, my routine, as well as others, consists heavily of usuing technology such as phones, computers, televisions, and many more. These technology sources are used for endless amounts of reasons ranging from entertaninment purposes to school work to religon. Technology can be extremely beneficial to completing work and obtaibing a better understanding on certain topics including the world today. It is important that we use technology to its advantage and allow individuals to learn and understand more. Techology also provides many different options and ways to become more intelligent, in order to achieve a successful future.
Many people use technology to communicate with one another. much of this is done via social media. Although technology has improved our ability to interact with others it can be dangerous. Using this technology gives off an address that can be tracked right back to you. It can show personal information about a person. nothing is ever deleted and everything can come back to anyone.
I believe that technology today is beneficial for our overall society. I believe this because every day, technology is advancing even further, and compared to the past, technology has made enormous effects on our society. It has done this by being able to be very easy access for many people, including students. For example, the Chromebooks we carry around at school all-day can help us become more involved in the topics we learn about because they allow us to gain another resource that we can use to research different topics we are motivated to learn about. Technology is very efficient, making our learning very quick and easy to do, which can make students happier overall. This also can decrease the rate of students dropping out and increase their motivation. Overall, I believe technology is good for society and especially good for students trying to learn.
Technology is changing the way we learn and communicate more and more everyday. Technology is getting better and we are advancing greatly. Soon, everything will be online and there will be no need to leave your houses and jobs will be cut down due to the fact that technology will be able to perform the same things we are. In the classroom technology will most likely take the place of some teachers. We will be able to do more and work on our own without the help of teachers. We will be able to have the luxury of learning on our own. Although we will be able to learn on our own we probably would not be able to because we procrastinate. People will depend on the technology to do all work. We will get fat and dumb because we don’t use our own brains we just use technology to do everything us. Shopping will be online and there will be more people in poverty.
I think that overall in a fast, changing society, technology becomes a major tool to keep up. Technology provides up with various opportunities that are crucial to a person’s development and growth. In the past, classrooms were filled with books and pencils. No other new technological advancements took place during that extended period.
Technology has become a huge part of education. As technology is constantly changing and advancing, shouldn´t education as well? The answer is yes. But the sad thing is that nothing is happening to fix the problem. The issue is that the current system of education is not engaging kids. Kids aren´t interested or invested in their learning, when they really should be. The worst part is that schools are given technology to incorporate into their teaching. Technology is what the future is, it should be the thing that is very interesting to students. Unfortunately, schools have been given technology, the tool of the future, but have been using it incorrectly and ineffectively. Schools use it to look things up and to copy and paste. When instead, they should be using it to connect with the world and as a tool for their future. The work is getting done, but the students aren´t learning anything. The education system sees a problem in the way kids are taught. But instead of trying to change the system, they try to change the kid to fit into the system when they should be changing the system to fit around the kid.
Now in our world, technology usage has increased and became more popular. I think it has impacted our world positively. To this day, everyone uses some kind of technology in one way or another. Personally, I use technology very often, and many times during the day. It helps everyone do work, and make life easier, which is why I believe it is very popular. Some people use it too much on social media in good but also bad ways because they use it the wrong way. But, I think technology and social media has helped people all around by communicating and sharing thoughts. If everyone knew how to act properly over social media, it wouldn’t be bad.
After watching the video, I noticed that technology is an important tool for students to learn. Technology is improving and will always be improving, and as newer technology is developed, students can learn better and faster. Also as new technology is developed, people discover new thing that students can learn about.
I have abstained from using social media in this age of technology for a plethora of reasons, number one being I see it as an ego trip. I also believe it wastes the time of all involved, which could be used to do something productive in your life. I normally use technology to listen to music, play games with my friends, or do work for school. I think tech in the near future will look similar to everything we have today, just with a new coat of paint, per se. Phones have as more processing power than you could ever need in such a small device, and computers can run almost anything if you drop enough cash into them. I believe prices will eventually lower for these expensive items, and that the progression of them will follow a relatively straight line of slight improvements. Tech already has had a gigantic impact on society, as it is used by almost every person in the world today. It is used in the classroom by both teacher and student, and is used in the household for a plethora of mundane activities, from ordering food to conversing with friends. I think the next advancements will allow you to hand more and more of the control of your personal life over to a machine, leading to a more stagnant society. Since I mainly use technology for entertainment, I think I will continue to do so, as it is quite easy to access, and allows me to converse with people I haven’t seen in a long time. I think tech is going to be used even more in the education system, leading to a completely automated classroom in the far future. I see tech completely replacing the malls and other shopping centers of the world, leading to a decline of small businesses all across the world.
I think that the use of technology/social media will change for the better and worse in the future. I think it connects people and makes problems easier and lives easier. But in the long run, if people abuse technology in the wrong way even more then they are now, things could get very bad. Like in many dystopian movies/books the villain often misuses technology or power.
In today’s world technology has become a lot more reliable and in the future everything will require technology to use. The impact that it will make is everything will be way more advanced and everything will be easier to do because technology will everything for us. I will use technology to be successful and I will not take it for granted like most people do. I will use technology to its full potential and I will use it for the better and help our society.
Education 25 – 45 years ago was the most engaging way a student could learn. every parent, every teacher, every adult thought this was the best way for students to engage in their education. But now the school system is kind of abusing it in a way. Kids who have add and adhd are being drugged into this kind of learning and they shouldn’t be, at all. Now we have education that we have that takes away the classic pen, pencil, marker, calkboard, etc, and the school system won’t change the way students learn. Students can get the answer to the question they have in class without asking the teacher because we hve technology. Students will learn more as a whole and and have smarter ideas so when students get to college, For example, a student was part of the knew education system, he was able to pass highschool has the right knowledge to indeed pass college. Then the student has a job and uses all the ideas and information he laerned throughout his entire education and he gets promoted several times because he was so engaged into the learning and the provided information he has taken in. Then the now man is the manager of the company that he works for and leads the company to success and he becomes rivh and famous and end s up changing the world like that because he was so focused and engaed in to the new education provided with the technology at hand he was able to do great things.
There have been many ways social media has been used for the past few years. It has made a big impact on society as it’s a source that people use at times to determine who a person really is and what they like to do. The society takes this as an advantage and the idea shadows over other ideas that would work better. For example, people’s reliability on social media is examined rather than say, have a meeting with a boss for a job. Someone could be a good worker but not be hired due to something they did in social media in the past. Personally, besides the blogs for schoolwork, I never really use social media ever.
Technology is a very disbuted topic. Many say that technology is amazing in the way that it helps us learn and grow. Technology is a way of getting students engaged in the classroom and the conversation. Some of that is true, but a lot of that is false. Technology has grown to disengage and disctract us from what is going on. There is many different social media platforms that disctract us form doing what we are supposed to be doing, such as homework. Kids are too busy with their phones and other technologies that they disconnect and that shows that technology isn’t all great. That is why I’m saying that technology isn’t always a good thing.
The world with technology in the future might look more advanced in the present day. For example, people might have ideas and create new technology. Younger kids might know how to use it well rather than older people because younger kids tend to learn quicker and they were born into it. Newer technology would impact people who were born into it since they know more stuff than older people and it was only part of their lives. Society might be more advanced for entertainment, education, etc since people are getting ideas elsewhere and making it to reality. I would personally use technology for chatting with people all over the world, sharing life moments, entertainment, and sometimes education because I could learn something that I have never learned before and know it.
in more time to come technology will only get more advanced and will only be used more by the people who need it. technology is getting more popular their are more people buying technology,their are more organizations producing technology. the adults talk about how they did not have all this technology when they were in highschool and that they had to find everything out on their own without technology.
