I agree with Yong Zhao’s assesment of testing. It does limit creativity, but on the contrary I also do believe it is usful when developing as a nation. Don’t get me wrong, I do believe it is hard to assess a child simply on testing but I dont think it is possible to shy away from this tradition. Tests arent created to limit creativty but can be used to evalute it. The 21st century is moving towards a modern reform of technology but i think we must remember it is not something we should rely on simply because i dont believe in advocating it for dependence. I would be interested to see how one should develop the idea of this education reform, however i find it to be nearly impossible. I hope to one day be proved entirley wrong.
